Cas Berris product, preparations and service are unsurpassed on the island but; selections and service are available only to Cas Berris Sponsors and their guests. The Cas Berris Chef and Stewards are devoted to flavor and nutrition. Every meal is faithfully and authentically prepared with Mediterranean ingredients.
Sponsors have their own eating habits and; all Sponsors and their guests are easily and skillfully pleased.
Poolside Breakfast – Eggs individually prepared to the guest’s choice accompanied by a buffet of meats, smoked salmon, fresh fruits, pastries, juices and more.
Luncheon – Sponsors choice of picnic, poolside barbeque, or sit down patio luncheon.
Poolside Happy Hour – Hors ‘douvres served with tropical and traditional cocktails, beers and wine – draft beer compliments of the Miatre d’.
Dinner – Served sit down at the Sponsor’s choice of locations on Cas Berris.
Late Night Snacks – Cold Cuts, Cheeses, Breads, and Condiments plus pizza’s and sweets placed in Guest Kitchens.
Bar Service – Premium liquor service according to Sponsor direction – Honor Bars are available at all times
Wines – Premium
